Return And Refund Policy

REFUNDS ONLY allow at least one condition listed below:
-Unable to use the object
- Broken object
-Spoiled object

NOT ALL object can be refundable and exchangeable.
-Promotion object
-Clearance sale
-Pre-Order Nendoroids

We only allow a complete refund if the problem if fully cause by us, if not, we can only refund partially. This means the problem NOT CAUSED by ISellNonsense cannot warrant for a full refund.

Once you get the object please check through THOROUGHLY for in case of any broken items. If you had discovered any broken items please respond to our email at '' IMMEDIATELY. Subject title name as : 'Disordered Item' .We will contact you as soon as we read your message. Please indicate which part and what item is spoiled. We will then arrange a time to look over the item and refund to you. (it will be better if you can capture a picture of the broken parts).

It will be better if you send your picture of the broken item so it will be easier for us to clarify for you. But of course, we have to get back our things if it is refundable.

Note: All nendoroids and nendoroid petites are genuine.
